From weeklyupdate at usvisanews.com Thu Jun 14 13:31:25 2007 From: weeklyupdate at usvisanews.com (U.S. Visa News Updates) Date: Thu, 14 Jun 2007 13:31:25 -0400 Subject: [Latour & Lleras, P.A.] - Priority Date Advancement... Message-ID: <000c01c7aea9$d53cdbf0$1d00a8c0@usvisanews.com> Dear Respected Client, Great news! Yesterday afternoon the Visa Bulletin for July was published and priority dates are now current in all of the employment-based classifications. We're very excited for all of our clients who stand to benefit from this and look forward to doing everything possible to assist each of you as quickly as possible. At the same time, please understand that everyone's priority date is current which means that we have a tremendous volume of cases. Please be patient. We have been though this before and know what to do, but we cannot entertain requests to process your case ahead of others. We are fully aware of the fee increase at the end of July and sincerely care about the great importance that filing in July is of to you and your family. A few points to understand are the following: 1) We're not the only ones experiencing this tremendous sense of urgency. Every immigration attorney's office is in the same situation. 2) We have been through this before -we're organized and know what needs to be done. 3) Your cooperation is vital. Please do not call and email us repeatedly. We can better assist you and everyone else if you batch your questions or concerns into one e-mail communication at a time. Along those lines if you have questions as you complete questionnaires or forms we can best answer those by e-mail and if they are asked as directly and clearly as possible. Also, if you ask a question of one person in our office, please do not ask it again of a second person. That way our resources are most efficiently utilized for each of our clients rather than repetitively for the same ones. To clients who already have a pending adjustment of status application, we do not control when your adjustment of status is approved and cannot expedite security checks or I-485 approvals while priority dates are current. CIS is also going to be exceedingly busy due to the advancement of priority dates. What you can do at this time: E-mail your primary Latour & Lleras contact with your mailing address and if you have spouse and/or children to be included, provide their full name(s) (first/middle/last), date(s) of birth, country of birth and relationship to you. In return you will receive e-mail from us shortly with further instructions and guidance on what is needed on your part in this stage of the process. Congratulations and we look forward to helping you toward completion of this important step! Sincerely, Latour & Lleras, P.A. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
