How long are fingerprints valid? At the November 8, 1999 Texas Service Center Liaison meeting with the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), a question was posed to the INS regarding the length of validity for fingerprints for Adjustment of Status applications. The answer was given as 15 months. |
