USCIS has announced that beginning on August 28th, its Premium Processing program will include I-140 petitions for the EB-3 category. As is the case with the I-129 Premium Processing, the fee for I-140 Premium Processing will be $1,000. This means that I-140s will be processed in as little as 15 days.
Please note that the program is limited to the EB-3 category. At this time, it does not include the EB-1 or EB-2 categories. The new I-907 form to request Premium Processing will be available on the USCIS website, www.uscis.gov, on August 21st. Please also note that USCIS will reject any Premium Processing I-140s filed prior to August 28th. |
