Deborah Sullivan, our other Senior Paralegal, heads up our Information Technology group, insuring that our IT clients, among other corporate clients, are kept abreast of the rapid changes associated with their hiring and immigration needs. Working closely with field recruiters and HR staff, Deborah administers both DOL and INS portions of our employer compliance plans, making sure that our clients are protected BEYOND the immediate approval of the H-1B visa. Since her start with the firm in 1994, she has occupied a variety of roles in the practice and has processed (or contributed to the processing) many diverse cases. A native and resident of Williston, FL, a very small town located just a few miles outside of Gainesville, Deborah is very much a "local girl." She attended Santa Fe Community College and, prior to her position here, was employed in banking, where she learned the customer service skills which have distinguished her years with the firm. |
